Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is a great way to exercise and make new friends. Underwater exercise places less stress on the muscles and joints as they are constantly supported by the water.

Aqua aerobics is not only a great way to get fit but it is also one of the safest. It keeps the heart and lungs healthy whilst toning the body and reducing fat, and also provides a good opportunity for a splash about in the water.

The aims of these sessions are to:

  • Increase Cardiovascular Fitness
  • Increase Aerobic Endurance
  • Strengthen and Tone the Body
  • Increase Flexibility
  • High Resistance Exercise
  • Have FUN!

Our Aqua Aerobics classes are booked in a block of 4 weeks and are available at the following times:

  • Monday 6:30 – 7:30pm
  • Tuesday 7:00 – 8:00pm

If you are not a strong swimmer, Aqua Aerobics provides an opportunity to get all the benefits of swimming, whilst not overexerting yourself.

Our Aqua Aerobics classes are popular with all ages. Places are limited so please get in touch to book your place!
