If you’re looking to enhance your posture, strength and balance then our Pilates class here at The hub Buckshaw is for you.

Deborah is a qualified Fitness Pilates instructor and has been teaching in the local area for several years. Fitness Pilates is a training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. By applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances. Designed to enhance the posture, strength, balance and stability of a healthy adult.

Our Pilates classes are on every Tuesday from 7:00pm – 8:00pm at £5 per session.
